At Harrods, I managed the full design, production and installation of the Ariana Grande x Swarovski pop-up in the iconic Exhibition Space. The immersive experience combined Swarovski’s signature octagonal motif with playful details – from a pink popcorn machine to Hollywood-style chairs – creating a striking, highly photogenic environment for visitors.
